One month difference

Hey all! Just wanted to stop by and leave a little motivation. These 2 pics are 29 days a part. This is the result of 1600 calories and 50 grams of carbs a day as well as 20 minutes of cardio and about 25 minutes of weight training 5 days a week. Super excited for this progress! There is a 15 lb difference here.

    I currently do not use the premium version. I am also a working Mother and a single mom with 2 jobs. I find mfp so simple to use. Especially once you get going. The food you log is saved in your recents so it becomes easier and easier as you go to find what you are looking for. I spend probably 5-10 minutes a day on here for logging purposes.
