I need to get back on track !

I'm trying to do Keto or LCHF diet, but I'm not conscientious on logging.
I did Ok for 2 months, then at the endo of August / start of September I slipped a bit (damn sweets, chocolate...) Now I'm trying to get back and hit the Goal till next year.

    Hello! Are you doing Keto/LCHF for health reasons? If not, you might want to try just counting calories. Then you can have chocolate and sweets without going off of your plan. You have to be able to stick to your plan long-term. Personally, I have sweets every day, count them, and can stick with that indefinitely.

    Hi Kathryn,
    I have no health reasons, except that I'm fat :). But this is the only diet I could keep and that worked for me before. Without sweets is very easy for me to get unde 1500 calories, but some chocolate and cookies can get you easily some 500-1000 Extra.

    Keto is the only diet you could stick to - but only for two months.
    Then you decide to try again and expect to succeed.
    You can lose weight fast if you don't eat sweets, but you want to eat sweets, so you eat sweets.
    You try to eat too little, so you go back to eating too much.
    Do you not see the disconnect?
