    you can tell in your face, you look great.. i am also around the 20pounds and i didnt think anyone could really tell until i saw my aunt who i hadnt seen in a while, she told me she could tell in my face. its nice to hear youve lost weight... i think yea and it was so hard :)

    No such thing as a small loss. Any loss at all is significant and yes I can tell the difference. Congrats and keep up the good work!
