There isn't really one, not that will make any significant difference. And there's probably no reason to think your metabolism is slow.

Weight loss comes down to eating less and/or moving more. Do you weigh and log all your food and drinks?

Buy a food scale and eat under your calories. Try to get more than zero protein.

People gave a lot of advice in your other thread too, have you read and reflected on that? MFP just gives you suggestions for how much to eat to lose, gain or maintain weight, it can't weigh your food or stop you from eating too much.

I recommended going to this link and reading all the resources it has to offer. Don't worry about knowing it all, just absorb what you can and get an understanding about how weight loss works and what you can do to make it work for you without having to suffer through it: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10300319/most-helpful-posts-general-health-fitness-and-diet-must-reads#latest

I did a metabolism diet, I don't count calories. I drink water 100 ounces a day.., eat six meals a day 2.5 to 3 hours apart. I pair 3 to 4 ounces of protein with carbs, vegetables, or fruit at each meal and only eat Whole Foods nothing processed. I don't over exercise..just walk at a brisk pace. I lost all my weight.. love this way of life.
