I honestly never used to be a chocoholic... but for some reason over the past several months, I've been craving sweets like crazy. What does everyone snack on that fulfills that sweet tooth? I need some ideas!
Thanks!

Fiber One Brownies or Peanut Butter Brownies...microwave for about 12 seconds and it melts in your mouth. Only 90cals too! :bigsmile:0

Pure Protien bars at Wal-Mart. They have several flavors and are pretty close to eating a candy bar in my opinion.0
-
Ginger People Ginger Chews (plain or peanut) 2 pieces = 40 calories. Trader Joe Dark Chocolate Wedges (2 pieces = 70 calories)0

I just found the snack well's rich vanilla creme brownie bites at Walmart and they are scrumptious! Another good snack are the weight watchers giant fudge ice cream bars. YUM!!!0

I have been having this problem, too. I am not usually a big fan of gum, but I picked up some of the Extra Dessert Delight gum yesterday (Mint Chocolate Chip)... and it actually really helps. I have no desire to go jump in the candy jar right now, hahaha.0

bump...I need ideas for next month at work when we are all bringing treats and I want something that I can enjoy and not have to hate myself for later....
I did discover that 1 rolo candy has 27 calories...if you can eat just one...I had 2 and then got massively sick off of the sugar high (when did this become a problem? *lol*)0 -
100 cal packs, pretzel M&M's, Smart One sundaes!0

Fruit with fat free whip cream works good for me. Strawberries, fat free coolwhip in a desert shell. Also popsicles are low fat and calorie.

I have a horrible sweet-tooth, though it is getting better.
I almost always have SkinnyCow desserts(100-150 cals) or WeightWatcher's Ice Cream Candy Bar's(150 cals) in my freezer for after dinner.
For daytime sweet cravings I like Emerald Dark Chocolate Almonds (150 cals)0 -
I will eat a protien bar as a meal, that seems to satisfy me.0

fresh strawberries & a squirt of hersheys DARK chocolate syrup is my fav0

Silk dark chocolate almond milk is terrific and always settles my chocolate cravings. Other things that I like are Fiber One brownies, chocolate teddy grahams, Kellogs Fiber bars with chocolate and peanut butter, skinny cow candy bars, fruit with vanilla yogurt, fruit and yogurt smoothies.0

Skinny Cow has these Chocolate Cluster and Peanut Butter Wafer Cookie Things that are amazing, also I find M &M Pretzel helps with the sweet/salt cravings that I get. Eat slow and drink water. I hope this helps!0

kashi dark chocolate granola bars are awesome...and cocoa mini wheats (dry)...I also indulge in soy chocolate pudding, almond milk with hot water and chai tea, fruit and whipped cream (the fake stuff), skinny vanilla lattes from starbucks (very rare occasion)...0

I LOVE Isalean bars (http://brucerobinson.isagenix.com/us/en/company_associate.dhtml#) and they are about 250 calories, but I eat a bit here and a bit there throughout the day. But, they do have sugar which I try to avoid otherwise I love the lemon and chocolate peanut. tastes like candybars, but "healthy."
Does anyone have a suggestion for NO processed SUGAR and (NO FAKE SUGAR) either? Honey, applesauce, agave...? ideas/recipes?0 -
DIET COKE CAKE!!!!! So simple! Take a chocolate cake mix and mix with only a can of diet cola, bake as normal and top with fat free cool whip, it tastes awesome!!0

don't know if you're uk or us but some of my favourite uk sweet treats are:
fruit factory fruit stars (mango or mango/apple/strawberr) - 71 cals a packet (not that much better than sweets but lower sugar and controlled portion size)
frootz high fruit buttons (strawberry or raspberry) - 70 cals a packet (ditto as in they're glorified 'healthy' sweets but small amount)
carrots, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries - obviously depends how many you have but all very low cal.
Alpen light chocolate fudge cereal bar - 63 calories
various ice lollies - 30 - 90 calories each
hartleys sugar free raspberry and cranberry jelly - 9 calories
weightwatchers cake slices (lemon, blueberry or coconut) - about 80 cals, can't remember now, haven't had them for a while
sweetness and light artificial sweetener - 2 cals a teaspoon. A bit foamy but tastes more or less like real sugar
diet coke???0 -
Fiber one bars, Skinny Cow snacks (bars, chocolate clusters) and 100 calorie snacks,
Good luck0 -
- Stonyfield farm organic yogurt - Fat Free Chocolate Underground flavor
- Dove miniature ice cream bars (70 cal each)
- a graham cracker with nutella0
