New to this....

Hello all - I have committed to making this work. So far I have not missed logging in every day to keep track of my food intake, but exercise is a real problem. I work two jobs - any suggestions for getting my butt into gear?

    Do small stuff. Perhaps a short walk, a few push ups and sit ups that type of thing.

    Totally agree, also try new things that maybe fun for you so it’s not boring 😊
