I go to the 5:15 am classes at the gym. I really enjoy them and the ladies I have meet in the class. I love getting my workout on so early. It sets the tone for my whole day as I feel like I started the day right and I don't want to ruin it with junk food and bad health decisions.

Nothing whatsoever. Every night I go to sleep, I pray that I won’t wake up.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are going through this. I've been there too. I hope that your circumstances change and you go beyond your current situation.

I just have to hit the ground moving and plow through. I don't get much energy until afternoon regardless of my sleep and macros. I've tried to change it but now, at 44, I have just accepted it.

Possibly my favorite gif on the internet!😂

For me, coffee for sure. I just recently started making my own cold brew and I look forward to having it over ice with 2 tablespoons of hazelnut creamer, delicious!

If all else fails, an early morning workout appointment with a friend will get me out of bed! The accountability motivates me lol.

coffee, quiet, reading the Bible & deciding if we'll(me & the dogs) walk or go to the dog park
