Hi! I am Candice. Trying to lose about 40 lbs. This isn't my first rodeo, but it seems to get harder the older I get. Looking for friends to keep me motivated and hold me accountable. :*

    I just started as well. I haven't been doing this seriously and it's time that I did! Accountability might really help me!

    Weightloss will get harder each time if you think age has something to do with it, if you rely on friends to motivated you and hold you accountable, and just "try" to "lose weight".

    Your body sheds fat stores when you're in a calorie deficit - that just means "eat less, move more". It's that simple, but not necessarily easy, because you have to do it consistently, for real, and for a long time. But it's really not that hard. MFP tells you how many calories to eat to lose weight safely and effectively; you decide what to eat and whether to stick to your target, or not.
