    Ahh you got motivation. Looks like I need to take notes? I just started taking body measurements, wish I took pictures before I started my journey so I can look back and see progress. It definitely takes time, I am starting to realize that after all my failed attempts previously. It is so hard to not get discouraged! We all move at different paces though and that is something that I need to remember.
