ok so when I started this journey at the beginning of the year I was weighing 225 lbs. I was also wearing a snug 38 waist in jeans. so not several months later I have lost 29 pounds. but thats not the NSV. so today i decided i would go get sa new pair of jeans. I was already wearing some kind of loose 36's to my amazement I was able to fit into a pair of 34 waist jeans !!!! I have not worn 34's in at least 8 years I think !!!

    Way to go!! It's nice when the clothes don't fit. I've called people in the middle of the night to tell them that my pants fell off LOL

    sweet! Dontcha love it :smile: . I started earlier this year when i was working out at the gym and getting no results in a 28 and now i have a 25 because I am working out the right way and just pushing play :wink:

    That's awesome! And I agree, getting into a waist size you haven't seen in years IS one of the best NSV's.
