30ds

would anyone recommend doing the 30ds workout on the same day that i do a spin class or would in be too much.

    Personally, I don't think it's too much. I always feel like I can do more after finishing the shred workout so I hop on the elliptical for awhile or do something else.

    I'm on Level 1 Day 5 of the shred, and have done cardio at the gym every day so far (minus day 2). I've found that doing both is helping with my endurance during the DVD!

    I do 30DS in the morning and then during the week either C25K or long walks in the afternoon and I always feel great afterwards.

    I think it depends on your fitness level. If you haven't worked out in a while, you may want to do one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening so you don't cheat yourself on either workout. But if you work out regularly you should be fine.
