Tonight’s run was amazing nice weather my dog wasn’t able to keep up this time

    Time to start leaving the pup at home on the longer runs, I had to make that decision recently too 🙁. He will get to go with again on the short runs when the weather gets nice! What's your dogs name, what breed? 😊

    Exactly -- imagine how you would feel if someone was dragging you along at a faster pace than you were comfortable running. It's not any different for a dog.

    the dogs need training too
    speed demon can do 7 on a good day. old girl has done 17. she won't admit she is old but i won't bring her on anything past 6. otherwise the next day she is sore...
    hoping to keep training speed demon up so she can join me on my longer runs but now, just midlength and she loves it

    yay on the four. keep training the dog. consider c25k or b210k. though admittedly not all dogs like running, just like people. some are more potatoes

    yeah any decent coverage here is $65++/mt
    depends on geography, dog breed/size/age.
