Hey ladies, I was wondering what are some of your favorite stomach workouts to flatten and burn tummy fat ? My daughter is two and I barely started working out August 10, and currently thinking of now incorporating extra excersizes besides just doing the treadmill. My stubborn area is mostly my upper tummy ! Looks terrible in high waisted bottoms ! Any help or advice is appreciated!

pilates or some yoga - anything that strengthens your core will help with the baby belly look.1

What you're looking for doesn't necessarily come from just doing core exercises, you can't spot reduce....it's not like core exercises specifically remove fat from your midsection. Deficit for fatloss - cardio if you like it, for heart health (and for the added calorie burn) and full body resistance training for muscle retention.

While you can't choose where you lose fat, strengthening your core can help it appear tighter. Especially if you have issues with diastasis recti. If you do have diastasis recti, there are some workouts here https://dailyburn.com/life/fitness/diastasis-recti-core-exercises/ to help until your abs come back together.
Some basic, simple core exercises if you do not have diastasis recti would be planks, dead bugs, russian twists, leg lifts, etc.2 -
You know the saying, abs are made in the kitchen. Lol. As you lose weight your stomach fat should shrink. For ab exercises, I pretty much just do planks, and hollow holds (or a modification to that since I'm not strong enough). Lifting weights also helps. Things like squats and overhead press work your core as well.0
