Hi my name is Avery! I'm at my newest low 192! I'm 4lbs away at 100lbs lost! I can't wait! I've been on this journey for.a year now and lost 96lbs beyond proud of you myself! But now I'm having lose skin but who cares I feel better my health is getting better and I'm. Getting stronger! I would love to some more friends❤️ and advice on workouts or sharing recipes!
