What are people workout routines? Let me know. I'm still trying to figure it out.

Depends on what your goals are. Before my recent knee surgery, I was cycling about 60 to 70 miles a week and then doing 2 days of body weight exercises (calisthenics if you’re old school). I wanted stamina and strength so that combination seemed to work for me.0

They are as varied as people's goals, capabilities and what they enjoy.
Mine is broadly speaking c. 100 miles a week cycling and 3 weights sessions a week - does that appeal to you?
But really you are starting your process from the wrong end.....
The figuring out bit is what your goals are, what your current capabilities or restrictions are, what your short and long term ambitions are and crucially what you will enjoy (or be prepared to endure...) for long term adherence.
