    Way to stay strong !!!!
I didn't feel like cooking so hubbie and I grabbed subway. 6" grilled chicken breast with all the veggies and baked chips. Probably cut up some watermelon for dessert later and then hop on the elliptical for a little work out later.

Crockpot Mexican Chicken - Shredded chicken (cooked), black beans, salsa rotele tomatos w/ chilis, bag of frozen corn, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 4-5 hours and add 1/2 fat free cream cheese bar if you want it creamy. I ate mine on a bed of romaine, but could put in a pita or tortilla shell. Yummy.

Big bowl of publix italian blend salad with:
4 oz Trader Joe's chili lime chicken
1/2 cup baby carrots (broken into halves)
1 ounce Trader Joe's crumbled goat cheese
2 Tbsp Ken's Steakhouse Light Ranch

    = 366 calories, 17g carbs, 36g protein

I <3 the fact the we now have a Trader Joe's... my snack today was 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's 50% less salt pistachios lol.

Yummm! Everyone's dinner is making me hungry again..lol :0)

As for me, I had a Morningstar spicy black bean burger on a flour tortilla, spinach, and a fresh peach. Now that I've written it down it sounds like an odd combination.. But it was good :)
