    Mercy is such a pretty name!

    What are your specific goals? "In shape" and "be healthier" are hard to quantify and therefore sometimes hard to achieve. Ever heard of SMART goals? Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic and Timebound.

    Set yourself some SMART goals. For example:

    I will log all of my food into my food diary. No skipping, cheating or forgetting.
    I will take at least one 15 minute walk per day.
    I will limit myself to one soda per day.

    Goals like these are what create success. Good luck!
