Hello, back again after baby no.3 :)

Hi! I used myfitnesspal 2 years ago after baby no.2 and went from 11st8lb down to 10st in time for my wedding! Along came baby no.3 to complete our lovely family.

But 4 weeks after birth I weigh in at 11st 6lb... sigh.. I know I'm breastfeeding (combination feeding) but it's making me so hungry. I read that you can safely lose weight eating 1800cals a day while breastfeeding - I have done a lot of research.

If anyone can help me out with tasty snack ideas that are not heavy on cals, that would be great, as I cannot exercise yet (post c-section). I'm doing this for myself - I get so depressed being over weight, my pre-baby weight was 9.5st, at my skinniest I was 8 stone. I would be happy at age 38 to get back to 9.5-10st :) and be healthy for my children.
