Hello,
I’m Liz! Completely new to this dieting thing, but excited to start making better choices. I’m looking to get healthier for my kids, and more importantly, myself. I just had my 3rd baby, and I’m not satisfied with how I feel. I’m an entergetic person who lacks discipline 😂 Anyway, I am also nursing. Does anyone have any sort of tips for starting out? I want to change my eating habits and begin with light exercise (at this time my baby is 7 weeks old.) Any tips would be helpful!!

Log everything. If it shows your over calories at least you have the information.0
