Need breakfast ideas that are high protein low fat and not eggs

Hey guys! I'm looking for breakfast suggestions that are high protein, low fat and not eggs. I eat around 7am and can't eat again until 1030 so it needs protein to keep me full. Also needs to be a grab and go that I can make Sunday night or the night before. I usually do overnight oats but looking for alternatives. Thoughts??

    Does it have to be solid foods? If not, protein shake, takes seconds to make if you have a shaker bottle or are willing to get one. Garden of life and Genuine health brands have 2-3 grams of fat per shake.

    Cottage cheese. It's versatile, has a low and no-fat option, and it's a powerful protein punch.

    I do Greek yogurt, frozen fruit and protein powder. Not bad but I need something new

    Chicken and waffle sandwich- 300 calories

    4oz grilled chicken breast (150 cals) between 2 whole grain waffles (140 cals) with a drizzle of maple syrup (10 cals)

    Keep in mind your body needs a certain amount of fats in your diet.
