I thought about trying The calories of my fitness app but I can't seem to get motivated for points or calories ...if anyone has any suggestions that I could go forward and get to my goal weight which is really close..please feel free to reply ..thank you kindly! Oh and I am 68 years old and have been on Weight Watchers since January..

If you are really close, understand it will probably be slow, like 0.5lbs per week, which can easily hide behind water weight on the scale. You really have to trust the process and be patient.

Rather than relying on motivation, which is fleeting, focus on creating healthy habits that will carry you thru the rest of your life. Make the process your goal. Figure out what you need to do, and focus on doing it, not what you see on the scale. And learn from your diary as you go, what foods work for you and which ones waste calories.

    Good luck!

You've done really well so far. Motivation is fleeting, it's important to build habits that you can live with. Here's another great thread on motivation:

And feel free to ask questions. There are a lot of great supportive members here who are happy to guide you. Beware of people asking you to message them, we get a few people trying to get around the community guidelines, which includes not advertising their products or services. You may also notice that some topics become more heated than others. The best advice I've seen in that matter is to read everything in the voice of Mickey Mouse. There are many different personalities, many different perspectives, and that's what makes the place so great.
