1. Mom of 3 who has never lost all my baby weight

    Welcome Shinay! I can't speak to #1 but I agree with #2 and partially with #3. I like to be as lazy as possible when it comes to food (I won't tell you what ingredients I stuck in the blender yesterday...) and I prefer working out at 4AM a million times over working out at 4PM... although lately I do both.
