Hi. I suffer from advanced Lupus. I am in constant pain and unable to walk or do any type of normal exercises. Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises within my limitations? Thanks

What kind of movements can you tolerate pain?1

My suggestion would be to have this conversation with your medical professional, Doctor or Physical Therapist. Since you're "almost bedridden" I assume you have one, or both.6
