I need to lose 40 pounds!

I have been doing Keto and strayed from calorie counting for 4 months! I gained 20 pounds and feel disgusted with myself! I wish I could just stay on track!

    Even doing keto you still have to monitor calories (despite what keto says).

    I've been eating real food like home made burgers (no fries), steaks with potatoes and salad, stir frys, turkey bacon and eggs and have lost 50 pounds (today) and I'm still losing.

    I'd advise that you drop fad diets and try to eat something you can realistically eat for the rest of your life. Then just use the calorie counting to figure out the amounts of food you need and make food habits out of it.
