Hi. I suffer from advanced Lupus. I am in constant pain and unable to walk or do any type of normal exercises. Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises within my limitations? Thanks

Could you manage a desk pedal?

Very gentle stretches? Maybe Tai Chi?
  • Are you able to try any chair based exercises? Let me know if you can as i have quite a lot of them and would be more than happy to pass some onto you

My suggestion would be to have this conversation with your medical professional, Doctor or Physical Therapist. Since you're "almost bedridden" I assume you have one, or both.

You could take a look on youtube and see if there is anything on there you could do. They are all free.

I love my mini pedal exercise 'bike'. I can use it on my arms or legs. It's allowed me to exercise on bedrest
