If you lost your appetite when you suddenly stopped eating refined sugar

How long did it take until it came back again? I'm finding I have no interest in eating and I only eat because I know that I should. Thanks.

I envy you. I haven't eaten refined sugar in years, and I'm hungry all the time.4

I think you are learning the difference between appetite and craving. One can be full and still crave a particular taste or texture. With the object of the crave off the table, it turns out you aren't that hungry after all!
I find that my appetite is an unpredictable storm that might hit at any time. A good aerobic workout one day will lead to some major hungries the next day.
Maybe allow yourself to get fully hungry one day.5 -
It'll come back once you start eating it again. Just make sure you're eating enough. I was like this and dropped all the way down to 97lbs because my appetite was at an unintentional 2lb/mo loss and would woosh all at once.
The good side is that if you do lose, you get to plan out a nice, intentional binge.6 -
The more carbs and refined carbs I eat, the hungrier I am. It's been that way for over 3 years now.
For me, carbs cause hunger.3 -
I was surprised how few calories I needed to eat to not be hungry is what I did eat was nutritious. Before I started I could eat a lot of empty calories and not stay full long.3
