I am having serious weakness in my legs. My legs are not weak walking or standing all day. They are so weak if I squat or get down on the floor, I have so much trouble lifting myself with just my legs. It’s so frustrating...
I am on my feet all day, every day. I walk 3-6 miles extra nearly everyday. I mean power walking. Not just a leisurely stroll. I have dropped almost 17 pds since May 12. How am I going to build strength in my legs?

Climbing stairs ... real ones. I've found when I'm doing 25 flights of 20 stairs a day, it makes a big difference to my ability to cycle up hills.
 Cycling ... especially up hills.
Walking up hills, down hills, on a sandy beach, through snow.
Things like snowshoeing and cross-country skiing (outside) and rowing (in a gym) can help too.
And of course ... strength training.0
