Looking very sharp 💪1

Well, it is not very accurate. It misses visceral fat completely. Plus, with it, you measure only certain areas of your body and we all tend to store fat in different areas in different amounts. Many areas with a higher fat storage might be missed giving an artificially low reading. Conversely, many areas with lower fat storage may be missed, giving an artificially high reading.
Dexa is the gold standard for body composition testing. If you really want to know the exact composition, dexa is the answer.3 -
Scan done! It took 5 minutes to do.
Dexa Fit New Orleans, LA
And the result...
Higher than I thought it would be but under 10% makes me happy.
Weighed 8 pounds more than my sacale at home too. Don’t know what’s up with that.
Time to bulk!!!!

Well done getting sub 10%
Enjoy your bulk2 -
Just curious.
What were your VAT volume & weight measurements?0 -
Daaang! You look amazing already. I can’t wait to see the results post-bulk. Great job on all your hard work!1

Even the Dexa scans are not really accurate. https://weightology.net/the-pitfalls-of-body-fat-measurement-part-6-dexa/
Who cares, you look great!5 -
Good job. You look great and very lean - even if the scan was higher than you expected . I prefer the mirror anyhow and you definitely pass that test.
Is that weight listed as "total mass" your scale weight? What are your stats?1 -

That was the weight from the scan itself. My scale at home read 146 that morning. I’m not sure which one is closer to real.
I’m 5’7”.0 -

Massive well done. There's quite a difference even across the duration of this thread. Sub 10% is a great achievement. Looking good man.1

It's even more freaky when you see the same pose from behind.
I really wouldn't want my butt to look like that
Also anyone else think it's a bit odd seeing him standing there in his posing pouch with the kid in the background on her ipad. Just another day in the office for a bodybuilder dad
Wth .. 😖1 -
