Hi all,
So iv logged back into my app after a very long time. *gulp*
I’m going to maintain and track my calories. Picking up my kitchen scale & medicine balls tomorrow.
Now, I’m planning on walking and c25k but I was wondering if there are any weekly plans/routines for the MB anywhere? I know there’s loads of different things you can do and I prefer using one to dumbbells. I just need some sort of order of doing things?
Thanks to anybody who can guide me in the right direction & any tips are greatly appreciated :)
