Yes...
What's the cut off? 8 am is technically after midnight. So is one in the afternoon. Does this mean I have to cut out all sugar? Is this a ploy to force me to do keto?

. Most of us work out first thing in the morning..because if we don't.. we never will. so yeah.. it works wonders!
As for sugar.. if you eat a lot of sugar you just might get fat ..and 9 times out of ten.. it will land on your stomach especially if you eat every day and binge on it.. many times over and over for a long time.

Maybe it's true. I wake up as a gremlin until I've had my breakfast (carbs) and caffeine. Then it all subsides. And I typically eat all my carbs earlier in the day to fuel my workouts.
