I have equipment in my home gym, except a squat rack or cage. I started with Strong Curves, then moved on to variations of it and other similar programs.

I recently bought a fold up stationary bike for $100 - I watch YouTube while pedaling and then just store it in the corner after my workout. I also jog in place while watching Netflix, do dance games on console like Dance Dance Revolution!, workout DVDs (usually Jillian Michaels), hand weights, yoga, body weight exercises, etc.

Lots of ways to work out at home!

    Depends on my mood.

    I have:
    5 to 25 lb dumbbells
    Resistance loops
    Core sliders
    Beachbody on Demand membership
    MyFitness by Jillian Michaels membership
    12 Jillian Michaels DVD programs
    Weider Ruthless DVD program
    Just Dance 2016 PS4

Currently I live in an apartment, but my goal is to buy a house and slowly build up a home gym that will allow me to lift heavy.

I have a small set of dumbbells, a couple of resistance bands, an elliptical trainer (that I never use anymore), and a stationary bike.

But more than any of that I use videos on You Tube of Yoga with Adriene!

I do mostly bodyweight exercises, with occasional dumbells or small weights.
I've used Just Dance, T25, Insanity, various apps, YouTube, or other circuit training programs to keep it new and different.
You don't need equipment to excerice! ;)

I have so many DVDs and downloaded videos, I just pick one each morning. I really enjoy kickboxing and aerobics. I do some dumbbells workouts 1-2x per week(like The Firm). I lift weights at the gym.

I try to walk/run 3+ times a week. I also started (mostly body weight) strength training at least twice a week.

    Warm up/stretch
Walk or run, depending on how I and the knees feel
    Cool down/stretch

    Calf raises
    Squats
    Split Leg Squats
    Leg Lifts
    Flutter Kicks
    Hello Dollies
    Supermans
    Push-ups
    Bicep curls (dumbbells)
    Triceps curls (dumbbells)
    Military press (dumbbells)
    Forearm curls (dumbbells)
    Lateral Extensions (dumbbells)

Continue stretching after each set (3 sets typically)

I try to walk for 2 hours daily. When the weather's lousy or it's winter and getting dark too soon, I have a fitness glider in the basement. It's better than nothing.

I have dumbbells ranging from 3 to 25lbs, along with adjustable ankle weights, a stability ball, and a few other odds and ends of equipment. I strength train 5 days a week, alternating between lower body and upper body/core days.

I run a program based very heavily on PHUL (Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower) that I modified some rep ranges for preference and swapped out some exercises due to equipment availability.
