Hello October!
My goal is as close to 10lbs as possible! Probably 5lbs this month and the other 5lbs over November and December. January 2019 will be a good start to maintain the weight loss. I know things happen and hoping this goal will stick with me and grow stronger over the next few months 🥥🍍👙 (b)Bikini season never ends!(/b)

I'm in! I have been very slack the last 2 months and didn't eat or exercise like I should have and let 4 pounds creep back on, so I need to be more accountable! Is anyone using the Les Mills On Demand workouts? They are amazing! I can't wait to see what I will accomplish in 30 days
