    UPDATE: :smile: Gain from stress eating and muscle! Started new high-fat diet for medication absorption, so hard to stay in daily caloric value. Also not watching calories, less cardio.

    I'm focusing on eating in a deficit, and moving more.
    I'm focusing on myself, and not letting "Life" get in the way.
    It's MY time now.

    Honestly I'm full of flu at the min and have no motivation to do anything :(

    Its so hard as the weather is turning now and everything. I'm trying but not succeeding. Given myself until end of October to get back in the zone.

    I'm carbing like you wouldn't beleive as i'm not well, As of today I am 20.75lbs up pre holiday its shocking

    I do a little of everything. I do very low carb keto. I stay under 1520 calories per day. I intermittent fast 16:8 . I try to get my 10,000 steps in daily and move as much as I can. I don't go to the gym but I try to dance a little around the house each day in a ridiculous looking aerobic sort of way. Anything to create the deficit between calories in and calories out. The low carb high fat just helps me to be less hungry and helps to keep my blood sugar numbers in check since I am T2D. It's working. There are a lot of people doing a lot of successful things that are working. Choose what is easiest for you.

    I do keto and try to keep carbs under 15. I feel like my weight loss has slowed down and maybe I’m eating too much protein or fat. I also fast 24-48 hours on occasion but rarely make it past 2 or 2 1/2 days cuz I get dizzy even though I use my sea salts in my water. I also do intermittent fasting 16:8. If anyone would like to add as friend plz you’re all welcome as long as no creepers lol. Here are my stats below:

    SW: 132
    CW: 124.2
    GW: 111

    About 3 weeks ago was 132 and dropped about 6-8 lbs. a few days ago I was 123.8 but I feel stuck and I don’t know why. It could also be my thyroid because I started thyroid medicine in May and maybe my body is still adjusting because I had to decrease level of dosages so it may just be that which is causing it. I love fasting. I’m happy I don’t crave carbs anymore. I feel less bloated and more energy. Looking to add more Keto and Fasting Diehards! Keep up the good work everyone!
