Oct 08 - 174.8 I need to get moving. Getting lazy and complacent. I am still enjoying many foods on my plan but I am starting to crave the sweets again. I’m going to have to pull out all my bag of tricks to do better this month than I did in September. I can do this !
Oct 15 - 175.4 Too much food. All the wrong foods. This is what happens. But it works the other way around too, thank Goodness.

Yesterday, I was at 146.2 and of course on weigh in day I go up a pound. Oh well. I am still trending downward and since I track my weight daily, I know it will go back down within a week.3 -

Oct 22 - 177.8 Away for a few days to help DB after surgery. Big City for me. Big foods I’ve never tried. Kept portions good but the carbs were horrendous. Next week’s goal is to type my weight in red instead of green. Have a great week everyone!

Mostly for the challenge we just weigh in once a week and record it here. It helps to see the change over time and stay accountable
