If you are referring to the band you wrap around your abdomen and workout with it with the promise of it slimming your stomach: it's a gimmick. At most, you may lose some temporary water weight from sweating, but it's not going to do anything long term.

It is a corset, it hides the fat by compressing the belly, they do nothing to help actually slim or get rid of the fat.

I have one by the brand Sweet Sweat. I don’t notice a difference bn days I wear it vs days I don’t. You sweat, that’s all. No magic shrinking of waist.

I used to use one. Temporary gratification, smaller appearing waist when you take it off, but it isn’t sustainable and can be potentially harmful in the long run by compressing organs.
