Day 5 - Time to say Hello

Hello everyone. Today is my 5th day and, so far, so good. I had to wait for my husband to go on a business trip to start this diet. I do fine on my own, but when my husband is home I get all caught up in the fun of eating. Argghhh..... I'm hoping that by the time he returns home (day 7), I'll have enough momentum going (and maybe some fitness pals) that I'll have more self discipline. We'll see -- anyway, this looks like a great place and I'd love to have a fitness buddy. 30 lbs is my goal. :)
