    well thats me back on here - always after support and motivation.. I have 0 friends on here but fingers crossed that'll change I need to drop from 118kg to 95kg - I follow the following fitness regimes P90X, body beast and insanity I am also going to train for a half marathon (starting that when I get down to 100kg)
