You're already at a healthy weight (<25 BMI). This is a question for your doctor, as always, but until they tell you it's ok to do otherwise, you should eat at maintenance.
And don't be shocked when your doctor is not supportive of you losing weight while pregnant.20 -

Talk to your doctor.
Generally speaking unless you are obese, you are not advised to lose weight while pregnant.
With my first, I was obese and they wanted me to maintain my weight or lose a little. Neither of which happened.
With my second, I was at the high end of overweight and they wanted me to maintain or gain 10 lbs at most.
At your height and weight I am thinking the answer is going to be no. You are at a normal healthy weight.11 -
I don't think you should lose weight for the reasons stated above but tracking with MFP could help ensure that you don't gain too much weight over the course of your pregnancy. Best thing to do is discuss this with your doctor.4

The fact that you want to lose weight while pregnant AND already being a healthy weight rings a few alarm bells to me. Restricting your calories to 1300 a day will just put your baby at risk. Do you really want to risk your babies health over some vanity pounds?18 -
If you want a second opinion to your doctor on this one, ask another Dr.! This is too important and has too many variables to ask a bunch of schmucks on the internet.4

You're at a healthy weight - you can work on losing after your baby arrives (not right away obviously!). Eat at maintenance cals for first two trimesters and 200 cals above maintenance for final trimester is the usual rule of thumb but please see your own doctors/midwife's advice on this.2

You should print out your food diary and take it to your next doctor's appointment with you... I'm thinking you might walk away with a referral to a dietitian...2

Uhhh...you're at a healthy weight for your height...you shouldn't be losing weight during pregnancy...you should be gaining weight and your doctor should be able to tell you what she expects in terms of weekly/monthly weight gain.9 -

And a lecture.
OP, you don't need to be perfect, but remember your body is constructing a person and needs some quality fuel. And NO alcohol.

This. The OP's dietary choices are no longer just about herself. Her body needs to build that baby, and needs fuel to do so. If she doesn't care about herself, fine, but she needs to provide adequate fuel for the baby, and not create undue stress.4 -

I concur with this recommendation.
Also, if you have no medical reason to track Sodium, I suggest you swap it out for something more useful, like Fiber, and strive to hit your fiber goal, which is obtainable by eating less hyper-palatable food and more vegetables. Fiber often keeps people fuller, making it easier for them to not go over their calorie targets.2 -

Many pregnant women are told to watch sodium. Personally, I think swapping sugars for fiber would be a better idea.2 -
Not at your weight and height.
Set your diary to "maintain" your weight.
One thing I'm REALLY happy I did most of my last pregnancy was lifting. Obviously get the "okay" from your doctor first. But lifting really REALLY helped me hide my pregnancy weight gain.2 -

Fair enough. That works too0 -
Don’t try to lose weight while you are pregnant. Your baby needs the extra calories.1

Okay, i get it. Sorry for my stupidity. I've been planning on getting pregnant, so of course I care about the childs development. Thanks yo those who gave kind suggestions.5

Definitely a question for a doctor. Every situation is different. My doctor had me lose weight when I was pregnant the second time only, because I was obese and diabetic then but not the first time. But that's my situation, not yours, only your doctor can tell you this based on your weight and health history.1

Especially since she eats way more prepared foods/restaurant foods than fresh fruit...3 -
I lost weight in pregnancy...... Because I was so ill
I was hospitalised at 22 weeks and my baby arrived at 25 weeks and 1 day fighting for his life
I ended up in a different hospital for a week after failing to recover from minor surgery to sort an infection in my hip as I was too weak to fight off the bug
I really really don't recommend this weight loss method, it sucked *kitten*
Your meant to gain in pregnancy to account for baby, placenta, amniotic fluid and extra blood volume
Your doctor and midwife can help you work out what a healthy gain would be for you and baby
Congratulations x5
