Hi there!
So I've recently made several changes in my lifestyle. It started with eating & exercise, and it has kickstarted me into lowering my alcohol intake. With support and an open diary, I think it'd be super helpful to keep me on track.
A little about me...
I'm a 36 yr old woman, living in Austin, TX. I'm an introverted type, who is also rather individualistic. I work full time for a mental health non-profit, and I'm also a MH advocate. It'd be great to meet likeminded folks as well as different folks to keep a nice spectrum on the health journey.

Howdy Gal! I’ve been exercising for months, started feeling better, and now started using MFP to help with watching calories too. I was alarmed to learn how alcohol is full of calories.1
