9/27: 181.0 - Tummy troubles overnight/end TOM/whoosh? Not entirely sure it will stick around but I have recommitted myself to the process this week and I'm feeling good about my journey again. SO CLOSE to overweight BMI category!
10/4: 180.4 - Heading back in the right direction and feeling positive. Friends coming down this weekend, but aiming to keep everything reasonable. Main goal is to not eat a dozen cider donuts at the farm!3 -

Honestly I'm full of flu at the min and have no motivation to do anything
Its so hard as the weather is turning now and everything. I'm trying but not succeeding. Given myself until end of October to get back in the zone.
I'm carbing like you wouldn't beleive as i'm not well, As of today I am 20.75lbs up pre holiday its shocking3 -
