Chubby since childhood, but my other two sisters are stick thin, what happened?

    This may not be helpful but you are in the normal range of the BMI chart. I realize that it is not the answer you are seeking. It's great that you are going through therapy. I hope you are able to love yourself.

    I second an earlier comment. Focus on being strong and feeling strong. Don't focus on how much you weigh.

    Strength is beautiful. Focus on training your body to be strong and healthy. Eat meals with the proper nutrition to fuel your body and your work outs and you will have the body you want.

    Think about all the things your body does for you. It's not just about having a flat stomach. Your body is so much more than that. Strong legs carry you everywhere and anywhere you need to go. Your strong arms can carry whatever you need to carry around. You are already perfect and beautiful.
