On the right track at last!

Hi health-seekers. I’m new to this Community aspect of MFP. I’ve used the app for about one week to keep tabs on calories. After several years of “practice” I finally feel fit again. My weight peaked around 255#, was 225# last year, 200# 6 months ago, now 190# and my target is 180#. Most important now is gaining strength and resilience. With awareness from web resources and a little positive feedback I believe many more years of good health are possible!
