Physical Labor

I work in a fast paced deli, Publix where we have a traditional area and sub area and hot bar. I walk/run back and forth each day, work 7 to 10 hours a day standing operating the slicers, moving them and lifting trays. Do not know how I can track this as exercise? Any suggestions
