Hey! I’m a little late, but I’m in. I have my weight from 10/1, so I’ll just use that as my starting point.

Oct 08 - 174.8 I need to get moving. Getting lazy and complacent. I am still enjoying many foods on my plan but I am starting to crave the sweets again. I’m going to have to pull out all my bag of tricks to do better this month than I did in September. I can do this !
