ROUND - 1
10/1 = 193.2 Had a good weekend at the Marina. Obviously too good! Back on track today.....
10/2 = 193.0 Good start! Even a couple ounces a day, will add up to a pound a week!
10/3 = Had a rude awakening at TOPS last night - I gained 3 pounds! I really need this Challenge now, more than ever. None of my clothes fit me properly, my knees & hips ache and I have shortness of breath. The next 7 days will define my new way of life! I CAN and WILL do this!
10/4 = 192.2 Back on track and loving this feeling. Did a Leslie Sansone walk the past couple days
10/5 = 191.8 Every little bit helps. I'm cutting out the evening crap and doing the Leslie walk workout every day.
10/6 = 190.0 This is easier than I thought it would be. I don't miss the evening crap like I thought I would.

10/9 = 193.0 OK, back on track, but I get weighed tonight at TOPS. According to my home scale, I should have a Turtle. I will be thankful for that, as this was Thanksgiving weekend, with lots of extra food & drink!

Its like Weight Watchers or Slimming World.
Snacks are most peoples issue, I save 200-300 cals a day from my budget for evening snacking. Also drinking copious amounts of water and tea helped me.0 -
