I’m Ashley! I have super fast metabolism and a medical condition. I recently went to the doctor & lost 20 lbs since my last visit 6 months ago! Which is a lot for someone who normally only weighs 125 lbs as it is! I’m working on getting up to 130. With school and stress my appetite only comes on from late afternoon until bed time. I’m starting with shakes for breakfast and another before bed. Once I gain 10 lbs back I’ll get back to machines and weights in the gym! No cardio until my appetite is opened back up & my weight is stable :)
