Drinking water really does make a difference...

I'm having loads of cravings today, feeling hungry and can't stop picking at things.

But it was only about half an hour ago I realised I HAVEN'T DRANK ANYTHING YET TODAY!! (It's just gone 5pm UK time).

So I've started guzzling some water down...

This isn't the first time that I've noticed these kind of "picking" patterns.

I really must remember...

If I wanna SHRINK, I've got to DRINK!

    I find myself doing that on saturdays. I dont sit and just drink water like when I do at work. It def makes a difference.
