Stopped losing weight -_-

So I was doing great with my weight loss just based on diet, I’m really good at not over eating and not eating crap..... well, since I started going to the gym (almost 2 weeks now) I 100% stoped losing weight. I’m eating the same as I have been eating and working my butt off in the gym. Am I doing something wrong? Should I eat less? More? Work out harder? My heart rate has been from 160-185 while I work out. I honestly don’t have to lose much weight though, I’m mainly going to get stronger and tighten everything up nicely. I do have about 13lbs to still lose though. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

    2 weeks is not long. Probably water weight and sometimes it can take a month to get that water weight to flush. Ironically it usually happens when you have a binge food day. Keep on track and look long term.

    and a binge day can wipe out a weekly deficit too
