My Plan: To lose 1.5 pounds per week for 13 weeks (19.5 lbs total) and end at 154.5 on Christmas Eve Morn. Then I want to enjoy my Christmas Eve night with family, wake up on the 25th and listen for[color]red] Santa’s[/color=red] sleigh bells. I will CAREFULLY enjoy myself between Christmas and New Years and reassess on January 1st and get busy with the final leg of my plan.
Final Goal: To weigh 145 by Valentine’s day.

By Christmas Eve: 195
Works out to an average loss needed of ~2.6 lb/week for my V-Day goal but would like to stay ahead of it and make 195 by Christmas to average 2.9/week and would still be on track if I potentially backed down to 2.2 average after that.
My start date was a little later but here's my progress so far~
I do have a few Healthy Wage bets in as well for personal weight loss, team loss and a daily steps goal. I'm a little bit behind on the steps goal but actually only because I started the challenge a couple weeks in so I have catching up to do!
I'm learning about keto diets - so any tidbits others have to share are very welcome. Also started intermittent (16-8) fasting as well as spending hours a week at the gym - yay! haha. I meet with a trainer Thursday this week to go over a plan for myself at the gym that we worked on.
Oct 08 - 228.2 (the week before I started my challenge: average of 8208 steps/day with two particularly bad depression days this week )
ACTUAL START DATE:
Oct 15 - 226.8 (gym 3x this past week including MY FIRST TIME IN 7+ YEARS , and average of 10,734 steps/day)
also Started Intermittent Fasting on the 15th with general adherence to Keto but primarily no carbs during 1st daily meal.
