Count me in - I have no friends and I am starting tomorrow - I tried doing Keto and that was just not me. So now I am trying to change one thing at a time and do this slowly and make forever changes. I've been meaning to jump on this. I'd love to join since this time of year is so tough for me (Halloween through Christmas is one big junk-food fest) and I've been steadily gaining already I hope this keeps me accountable, since my will power seems to have abandoned me and I'm STRUGGLING. I'm pretty short in stature so any extra tidbits of food makes a big difference on my frame I'm hoping for a 5lb loss, (honestly 10 would be fab...) which makes a big difference at my height.

SW - 80.5 kg (I have been 82kgs at some point before)
Xmas GW - 77 kg or less!! (this will take me out of obese range)
Final GW - 58 kg
Aug 29 - 80.3 kg

Oct 15 - 79 kg (This week I try to get weight under 79 kg)
Oct 20 - 79.2kg ☹️ not a good number this time... Also I am weighing early as I am off for holiday. I don’t expect a good week too. I will start off again!!!

Very late joiner. Hope that is okay.
10-20-18 161.2 Lost a lot of weight and have regained 51.2 lbs. While I would like to weigh 110 again, it may not be possible. I was down to 115 last year, but it is with constant dieting. Finding it hard to stick to anything right now.

Starting late but hopefully I can catch up.
10-21-18 218 lbs. This is my highest weight ever so I have got to make some major changes. Ideally I would like to get down to 160. For this week I will be focusing on not eating fast food and making better food choices as well as going for daily walks to reach 10,000 steps each day.2
